About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced AI Implementation Developer to join the team and lead the development of end-to-end solutions: from RAG systems to AI agents, through to integrations with clients’ business processes. A hands-on role with real ownership over projects that ship to production.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions: RAG systems, autonomous agents, advanced chatbots, and automation pipelines for SME and industrial clients.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) with clients' existing systems, ensuring stability and scalability in production.
- Translate business requirements into concrete technical architectures, working directly with the team and clients during the analysis phase.
- Independently manage the full development cycle: from prototyping to testing, through to deployment and solution maintenance.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience building AI solutions in production: RAG, agents, LLM integrations — not just proof of concepts.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with major AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar) and automation tools like n8n.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects, managing priorities and communicating clearly with clients and the team.
