Nature of the Site and its contents<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The Site has informative and promotional purposes: it presents the AI automation services offered by Nevance, case studies, the team, and contact methods.<\/div>\n<div>The content published on the Site, including descriptions of services, work processes, data and percentages reported in the case studies, and market data cited (e.g., sources from the Politecnico di Milano Observatory and McKinsey), is general and indicative in nature. In particular:<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 the results (hours saved, cost reduction, ROI) reported in the case studies refer to specific projects carried out for specific clients, with conditions, processes and volumes specific to that context, and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results for other clients or future projects;<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 each automation project is defined in detail (scope, timelines, costs, expected results) exclusively through a separate written quote and\/or contract, signed between Nevance and the client after the initial free consultation;<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 no content of the Site constitutes a binding contractual offer within the meaning of Article 1336 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to offer (invitatio ad offerendum).<\/div>\n<div>\u2014<\/div>\n<div><strong>3. Allowed use of the Site<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The user undertakes to use the Site in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms, in particular refraining from:<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 use the Website for fraudulent, illegal or infringing purposes on the rights of third parties;<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 attempt to access in an unauthorized manner systems, data or restricted areas of the Site or the Nevance services;<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 to extract, copy, reproduce or redistribute the content of the Site in a systematic manner (e.g., through automated scraping) without written permission;<\/div>\n<div>\u2013 upload or transmit through the Site\u2019s forms illegal, offensive, virus-infected, or malicious code.<\/div>\n<div>\u2014<\/div>\n<div><strong>4. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>All the content present on the Site, texts, graphics, logos (including the \u201cNevance\u201d trademark and the stylized ant logo), images, videos, structure and organization of the content, are the property of MSP SRL or licensed to Nevance, and are protected by Italian and European legislation regarding copyright and industrial property.<\/div>\n<div>Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the content of the Site is prohibited without the prior written permission of Nevance, subject to the exceptions provided by law (e.g., citation with indication of the source).<\/div>\n<div>The logos of the technological partners possibly mentioned on the Site (e.g., n8n, OpenAI, Anthropic\/Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Zapier) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for purely descriptive\/informative purposes regarding the supported integrations, without any affiliation, sponsorship, or official partnership, unless otherwise specified.<\/div>\n<div>\u2014<\/div>\n<div><strong>5. Links to third-party sites<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., social profiles, websites of technological partners). Nevance has no control over such websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing third-party websites via links present on the Site is at the user\u2019s sole risk.<\/div>\n<div>\u2014<\/div>\n<div><strong>6. Amendments to the Terms<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Nevance reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site with the date of the last update. Applicable law and competent court<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>These Terms are governed by Italian law.
