We’re looking for a German Speaking Sales Representative to develop our commercial network in Switzerland, with a focus on the German-speaking market and expansion towards Zurich. The role is fully remote and commission-based: you earn based on the results you deliver, with no cap. If you know the Swiss business landscape and know how to open doors, this role is for you.

Le Tue Responsabilità
  • Identify and reach out to potential SME clients across Switzerland, focusing on the German-speaking market and sectors such as manufacturing, industry, and professional services.
  • Gestisci il primo contatto e le fasi iniziali del processo di vendita, presentando il valore delle soluzioni Nevance in modo chiaro e concreto.
  • Qualificare i lead e affidarli al team tecnico per la fase di analisi e proposta, mantenendo la relazione con il cliente durante tutto il processo.
  • Costruisci e coltiva nel tempo una rete di contatti commerciali, generando opportunità ricorrenti attraverso referenze e passaparola.

  • Proven B2B sales experience with Swiss companies — you understand the dynamics of the German-speaking market and know how to build trust in a culturally demanding environment.
  • Native German speaker or equivalent level, with excellent professional communication skills in German and English.
  • Autonomia completa nella gestione del proprio tempo e della propria pipeline — questo ruolo richiede autodisciplina e una mentalità orientata ai risultati.
  • Interesse genuino per l'IA e l'automazione: non è necessario essere tecnici, ma è necessario credere nel valore di ciò che si vende.
