This privacy policy describes how the personal data of users who visit and interact with the site is processed. nevance.ai (“Site”).

The Data Controller is MSP SRL, with the trademark Nevance AI (“Nevance”, “we”), with registered office at Via alle Fratte 46, 38015 Lavis TN Italy, Tax ID and VAT number IT01980530222, share capital € 42,000.

A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been appointed, as the mandatory requirements set forth in Article 37 of the GDPR do not apply.

2. What data we collect and for what purposes
We collect personal data exclusively when the user voluntarily provides it through one of the following interactions with the Site.
2.1 Free consultation request
When you fill out the “Book Your Free Consultation” form, we collect: full name, phone number, business email, company name, job title, company website, number of employees, project description.
Purpose: (a) to contact you back to organize and provide the requested free consultation; (b) if you have given your consent by checking the appropriate box on the form, to send you commercial and marketing communications regarding Nevance services, content, and news.
Legal basis: for purpose (a), performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); for purpose (b), explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
2.2 Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name and email.
Purpose: periodic sending of informative content, updates, and commercial communications regarding Nevance services.
Legal basis: explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which can be revoked at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every communication or by writing to info@nevance.ai.
2.3 Download of case studies and informational materials
If you download a case study or other material that requires you to fill out a form, we collect the information requested on that form (typically your name, work email address, and company).
Purpose: sending the requested material and any related marketing communications, if you have given specific consent.
Legal basis: implementation of pre-contractual measures/fulfillment of your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) for sending the material; consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for any subsequent marketing communications.
2.4 Unsolicited applications — Careers page
If you submit an application through the “Careers” page, we collect the data contained in your CV and application (personal, contact, education, and professional experience data).
Purpose: evaluation of the application for the purpose of establishing a potential employment or collaboration relationship.
Legal basis: implementation of precontractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b of the GDPR).

3. How We Process Data and Who Has Access to It
Data is processed using IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes, and with security measures adequate to prevent loss, illicit use, or unauthorized access.
The data may be processed by authorized individuals within Nevance (the founding partners and any collaborators responsible for sales, marketing, and technical management) and disclosed to the following third parties, who act as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR or as independent Data Controllers where applicable:

Under no circumstances will the data be sold to third parties or used for purposes other than those specified in this privacy policy.

4. Transfer of data to non-EU countries
Some of the suppliers indicated in point 3 (Mailchimp, Google, Meta, LinkedIn/Microsoft, TikTok) may also process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. In these cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of one of the following guarantees provided by the GDPR:
– the supplier's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable), or
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, supplemented by additional technical and organizational measures adopted by the provider.

5. Retention period
– Lead/prospect data (consultation requests, study case downloads) that do not convert into a contractual relationship: retained for 24 months from the last contact; after this period, they are deleted or anonymized.
– Data of actual customers: kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, subsequently, for the period stipulated by Italian civil and tax law for legal obligations (usually 10 years from the termination of the relationship).
– Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn/unsubscribed.
– Candidate Profiles: retained for 12 months from receipt, unless consent is given for a longer retention period for future opportunities.

6. Photographs and multimedia materials
The photographs of the team and of any customers present on the Website are published with the specific consent or agreement of the subjects portrayed, which is collected separately from this information.

7. Provision of data
The provision of the data requested in the forms on the Site is optional, but failure to provide it makes it impossible to follow up on the specific request (e.g., we will not be able to contact you for free advice unless you provide a valid contact address).

8. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the right to request at any time from Nevance (by writing to info@nevance.ai):
– access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
– rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR);
– deletion of data, in the cases provided for by law (Art. 17 GDPR);
– limitation of processing (art. 18 GDPR);
– portability of data in a structured format (Art. 20 GDPR);
– opposition to the processing, in particular for direct marketing purposes (Art. 21 GDPR);
– withdrawal of consent at any time, without prejudice to the legality of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe that the processing violates current regulations.

9. Minori
The Site and the Nevance services are exclusively intended for adults acting within the scope of their professional/business activities. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Translated versions
The Site offers an automatic translation of this information into other languages (English, German) for the convenience of international users. In case of discrepancy or interpretational ambiguity, the Italian version shall prevail exclusively.
