Your role
We are looking for an Experienced AI Implementation Developer to join the team and lead the development of end-to-end solutions: from RAG systems to AI agents, up to integrations with our clients' business processes. A hands-on role with real ownership of projects going into production.
Your Mansion
- Design and development of end-to-end AI solutions: RAG systems, autonomous agents, advanced chatbots, and automation pipelines for SMEs and industrial clients.
- Integrate LLMs and artificial intelligence APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) with clients' existing systems, ensuring stability and scalability in production.
- Translate business requirements into concrete technical architectures, working directly with the team and clients during the analysis phase.
- Manage the entire development cycle autonomously: from prototyping to testing, up to deployment and maintenance of the solution.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in creating AI solutions in production: RAG, agents, LLM integrations — not just proof of concept.
- Solid Python skills and familiarity with major artificial intelligence frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar) and automation tools like n8n.
- Ability to work independently on complex projects, managing priorities and communicating clearly with clients and the team.
- Results-oriented mindset: every solution must justify itself with real numbers: hours saved, errors eliminated, costs reduced.
