Where Control Was Lost
A training organization that provides mandatory courses needs to track the certification expiration dates of hundreds of employees spread across dozens of different client companies. Before Nevance, this was managed manually using Outlook calendars, a poorly functional CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and physical office whiteboards: no tool communicated with the others, and figuring out whose certification was about to expire, when to open a course, and who to contact required hours of work every week.
Thanks to Nevance, all of this now happens automatically within a platform built from the ground up to fit their way of working.
